A major refurbishment project at Moore House has officially been completed, delivering a high-quality Cat A+ office upgrade across more than 10,000 sq ft of workspace in the heart of Brighton.
The project, delivered in collaboration with TMD Building Consultancy Ltd, includes the full redesign and refurbishment of Suite B on the 1st floor and the building’s entire 2nd floor. The works were completed in just 10 weeks, marking a fast-track delivery of a modern, flexible office environment.
High-Spec Refurbishment and Modern Workplace Upgrade
The scheme involved a comprehensive strip-out and full Cat A+ refurbishment, introducing new finishes and decorations throughout the building alongside significant mechanical and electrical upgrades. The result is a bright, efficient and adaptable workspace designed to meet the expectations of modern occupiers.
New feature lighting and improved spatial planning enhance the building’s already strong natural daylight, with large windows and open layouts maximising brightness across both floors.
Biophilic Design Brings the Space to Life
A key feature of the refurbishment is the introduction of extensive planting throughout the office, designed to bring warmth, texture and a stronger connection to nature within the workspace.
The hotdesk area is a particular highlight, featuring a bespoke high-quality built-in planter installation with curated cactus arrangements. This feature creates a distinctive focal point within the flexible working zone while subtly defining the space and improving the overall atmosphere.
Terrace Upgrade Enhances Coastal Setting
The external terrace has also been upgraded as part of the works, offering improved usability for breakout space, informal meetings and relaxation. Located moments from the seafront, the terrace now takes full advantage of the building’s coastal setting, strengthening the link between indoor workspace and outdoor environment.
