Progress: The Royal Exchange

Major progress continues at The Royal Exchange as the strip-out phase is now officially complete, marking a key milestone in the transformation of this landmark space.

Our teams are now moving into the next critical stages of the project, including:
• Fosroc concrete repairs
• Structural works
• Fire protection installation

With the building steadily being brought back to a clean white box condition, the vision for its next chapter is starting to take shape. Every phase is carefully planned to preserve the integrity of the structure while preparing the space for future occupation and fit-out.
