Questor Industrial Estate

A significant industrial refurbishment project is currently underway at Questor Industrial Estate in Dartford, marking a major investment in the modernisation and long-term sustainability of one of the area’s key commercial hubs. The project encompasses the upgrade of 32 industrial units, spanning a total floor area of approximately 135,869 square feet.

The works are part of a strategic initiative to enhance the estate’s appeal, improve energy efficiency, and extend the service life of the existing buildings. The comprehensive refurbishment includes:

  • Liquasil Roof and Cladding Coatings: A high-performance protective coating is being applied to the roofs and external cladding to increase weather resistance and structural longevity.

  • Roof Over-Sheeting: New roof coverings are being installed over existing structures to improve insulation, reduce heat loss, and provide improved waterproofing.

  • Glazing and Curtain Walling Upgrades: Enhancements to the glazing systems and curtain walling will modernise the external appearance and improve thermal performance.

  • Internal and External Decoration: Full redecoration works will refresh both the interiors and exteriors of the units, contributing to a more professional and attractive working environment.

This refurbishment reflects the increasing demand for high-quality, energy-efficient industrial and logistics space in the South East, particularly in strategic locations such as Dartford, with its strong transport links to London and the wider South East via the M25.
