A significant refurbishment project at Units B5 and B6, located on Telford Road in Basingstoke, has reached completion, delivering a total of 31,792 square feet of high-specification commercial space. Undertaken in close partnership with commercial real estate specialists Colliers, the refurbishment aimed to raise the bar in terms of safety, energy efficiency, and workplace functionality. Key Enhancements and Features:
A central feature of the upgrade is the construction of brand-new staircases for both units. These have been specifically engineered to meet and exceed current UK building regulations, improving safety, accessibility, and overall usability. The staircases not only modernise the look of the units but also ensure full compliance with structural and accessibility requirements.
In line with updated safety standards, new fire doors are being fitted throughout both premises. This investment significantly enhances the site’s fire protection strategy, providing critical safety upgrades and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.
