This week at Orchard

As we come to the middle of August, we have plenty to discuss here at Orchard, from industrial refurbishment projects completed in July/ August to plenty of Office Refurbishment works beginning and nearing completion in London. It's also the time of year when plenty of “out-of-office emails” fly left, right and centre.

As we come to the half way point of a busy month at Orchard, We have a few sites to bring you updates on:

12 Fetter Lane, this project is coming along very nicely across three floors. Two floors are now completed to CAT A spec, with a third floor nearly complete to CAT B spec.

17 Ulster terrace. Running parallel to Regents park is this fantastic Office refurbishment we are carrying out in London. A warren of offices is currently in its strip-out phase; these offices used to be home to Santander commercial bank. This program is still in its infancy, with work starting on Monday, We look forward to bringing you further updates!

On the industrial refurbishment side of the business we achieved yet another on time PC and handover on a 10,000 SqFt project Near Banbury, Oxfordshire. This proejct ran for 10 weeks and included a new roof coating, and skylights. A fully painted floor with a jumbo dividing wall to split the unit into 2. New sanitary ware and general CAT A refurbishment.

Finally, we have a small CAT A refit beginning at 14 Austin Friars in the heart of the city, this project will only run for a short period but is sure to produce a fantastic office space for its future inhabitants!
