Roofing: The removal of existing roofing and the installation of cutting-edge TATA Trisomet 333 System 120mm Core Compositae roof panels. Additionally, new Trisomet 120mm Roof lights will be installed to achieve an impressive 1.9 U-Value. An insulated gutter system will also be implemented for enhanced functionality.
Cladding: Utilising TATA Trisomet 80mm Core Compositae panels for the cladding, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
Expansion of Office Accommodation: Transforming existing external office spaces to expand service yard capacity, optimising operational efficiency.
Warehouse Refurbishment: Extensive refurbishment of the warehouse slab, culminating in a polished finish to meet modern standards.
Internal Office Block: Construction of a new office block featuring modern amenities such as new WCs, kitchens, meeting rooms, and operational offices. Additionally, the inclusion of new lifts, greywater recycling systems, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical installations will enhance sustainability and functionality.
Logistics Infrastructure: Integration of sectional doors and dock levellers for seamless logistics operations.
Utility Enhancements: Implementation of a new utility supply system, along with comprehensive lighting and air conditioning throughout the facility.
