New Project Completed at Unit B, New Hythe – 245,799 sqft Warehouse Delivered

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a major project at Unit B, New Hythe, delivering a state-of-the-art 245,799 sqft warehouse over a 9-month programme in collaboration with Colliers.

The project was designed to meet BREEAM Excellent standards, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental performance. Notably, the roof was treated with a high-performance all-time coating product, enhancing durability and efficiency. In addition, mains power was successfully diverted into the warehouse, ensuring operational readiness for the client.

Project Challenges
This project presented several challenges, including:

  • Undertaking full roof coating works while simultaneously carrying out floor finishes, requiring careful planning and phased execution.

  • Coordinating construction in occupied areas, with handovers completed in stages to minimize disruption to the client’s operations.
