14 Austin Friars

Orchard has successfully completed our latest project at 1st floor, 14 Austin Friars, London. This 862-square-foot space has undergone a remarkable transformation, reaching a CAT A+ standard within a tight timeframe of just 6 weeks. The comprehensive refurbishment included a meticulous strip-out, installation of new LVT flooring and carpet, intricate mechanical works, and small power enhancements.

The crowning jewel of this renovation is the stunning new meeting room, featuring elegant crittall glass and fluted privacy glass, complemented by a striking slatted feature wall. In addition, the workspace has been outfitted with modern workstations, while the new reed green kitchen units, brass tap, and sink bring a touch of luxury to the area. The space is now bathed in a warm, inviting glow, thanks to the new lighting throughout and pendant lights that complete the contemporary ambiance.
