The CAT B renovation at 30 King Street transformed 2,800 sq.ft into a modern, creative and highly functional workplace for Snap Dragon. The project included open-plan workstations, private offices, dedicated meeting rooms and a breakout area, alongside bespoke joinery, integrated storage, biophilic planting and a contemporary kitchenette. Careful consideration was given to maximising the available space, creating flexibility and providing an environment that encourages collaboration, productivity and wellbeing. The finished office combines high-quality finishes with practical workplace solutions, delivering a bright and welcoming space that reflects Snap Dragon’s vision and supports the way their team works.
