6–8 Luke Street is an 11,066 sq ft refurbishment project delivered with Workman, completed in August 2025. The scheme involved a full shell and core strip-out, complete replacement of windows and curtain walling, new structural steelwork, entrance, and M&E installation, along with upgraded finishes including raised floors, suspended ceilings, and a new lift. The roof was enhanced with a green roof, PV panels, and a new plant enclosure, while all floors received new WC facilities, a wet room, and a high-quality CAT A+ finish. Targeting BREEAM Very Good, EPC B+, and a Considerate Constructors “Excellent” rating, the project overcame major logistical challenges—such as manual removal of heavy roof and basement concrete—to transform the building into a modern, efficient, and sustainable workspace.
