The refurbishment of Moore House in Brighton delivered a high-quality Cat A+ office transformation across more than 10,000 sq ft, creating a contemporary and flexible workspace designed for modern occupiers. Completed in just 10 weeks in collaboration with TMD Building Consultancy Ltd, the project involved the full strip-out and refurbishment of Suite B on the first floor and the entire second floor, incorporating new finishes, upgraded mechanical and electrical services, feature lighting, and improved space planning to maximise natural daylight. A strong focus on wellbeing was achieved through the integration of biophilic design, including extensive planting and a bespoke built-in planter with curated cactus displays within the hot-desking area, creating an inviting and distinctive working environment. The refurbishment also extended outdoors with the enhancement of the building's terrace, providing an attractive breakout space that capitalises on Moore House's prime coastal location. Delivered on a fast-track programme through close collaboration and careful coordination, the project has successfully repositioned Moore House as a modern, high-spec office destination that balances functionality, flexibility and employee wellbeing.
