After successfully completing the impressive project on the 1st floor at 14 Austin Friars, London, we have not only put the cherry on top but also adorned the space with carefully selected plants. This 862-square-foot area has undergone a remarkable transformation, achieving a CAT A+ standard within a tight 6-week timeframe. The extensive refurbishment encompassed a meticulous strip-out, the installation of new LVT flooring and carpet, intricate mechanical works, and small power enhancements.

The crowning jewel of this renovation is the stunning new meeting room, showcasing elegant crittall glass and fluted privacy glass, complemented by a striking slatted feature wall. Additionally, the workspace now features modern workstations, and the introduction of new reed green kitchen units, a brass tap, and sink adds a touch of luxury to the area. The space is now bathed in a warm, inviting glow, thanks to the new lighting throughout and pendant lights that contribute to the contemporary ambiance.
