22 Juliette Way, Purfleet

We are pleased to announce the commencement of a major refurbishment project at 22 Juliette Way, Purfleet Industrial Park, covering a total area of 48,287 ft².

The project involves a comprehensive programme of improvement works designed to modernise and enhance the industrial facility. Key elements of the refurbishment include extensive roof repairs and refurbishment, external cladding upgrades, yard and drainage improvements, internal office strip-out and refurbishment, warehouse enhancements, and mechanical and electrical upgrades.

Works are now underway on site, with a focus on delivering a high-quality, compliant, and future-ready industrial space. The refurbishment will significantly improve the building’s functionality, appearance, and operational performance while extending the lifespan of the asset.

The scope of works includes:

• Main roof refurbishment and weatherproofing

• Elevation and cladding repairs

• External yard and drainage works

• Office refurbishment and strip-out

• Warehouse repairs and upgrades

• Mechanical and electrical improvement works
