Units 2, 4 7 & 5 Brentwood Trade Park

The refurbishment of Units 2, 4 & 5 at Brentwood Trade Park has now been successfully completed, delivering three modernised warehouse units ready for immediate occupation.

Working in partnership with Woodfellows LLP, the project involved a comprehensive strip-out and refurbishment programme designed to enhance the functionality, efficiency and appearance of the industrial spaces.

The works included a deep clean of the external cladding and loading doors, a full mechanical and electrical strip-out, and the installation of new 16-way distribution boards. Energy-efficient LED high-bay lighting was installed throughout the warehouse areas, providing 200 Lux illumination, alongside new L2 fire alarm systems to improve safety and compliance.

Additional improvements included the application of a durable warehouse floor coating, replacement WC flooring, and full internal redecoration to create a clean and modern environment for future occupiers. The project also incorporated EV charging infrastructure and the demolition of existing mezzanine structures to maximise operational space and flexibility.

The completed refurbishment has transformed the units into high-quality industrial accommodation that meets the expectations of today's occupiers, while supporting sustainability and operational efficiency objectives.
