Following the successful completion of Units 7–17 at Langhedge Lane, we are now moving full steam ahead with the refurbishment of the remaining units: 1–6, 11, and 18–19. This phase encompasses approximately 31,000 sq ft and continues our commitment to delivering high-quality, modern industrial spaces.
Scope of Works:
Full Strip-Out: All units will undergo a comprehensive internal and external strip-out.
Roof Works:
Units 18–19: Application of a full roof coating to enhance durability and performance.
Units 1–6: Safe asbestos removal followed by the installation of new composite roof sheeting.
External Enhancements:
New composite cladding to all units, providing a clean, contemporary finish.
Groundworks to include full tarmac resurfacing, installation of new ACO drainage, and kerbing throughout the site.
Internal Upgrades:
Full mechanical and electrical (M&E) replacements.
Installation of energy-efficient LED lighting.
New sanitaryware fitted throughout.
New uPVC windows and aluminium entrance doors.
Replacement of roller shutters.
Warehouse floors to be painted and sealed.
Complete internal redecoration.
