Unit 55, Canbrook Way, Solihull

A significant new industrial refurbishment project has officially commenced at Unit 55, Canbrook Way, Solihull. The 54,142 sq ft facility is set to undergo a full-scale transformation including internal alterations, modern upgrades, and sustainability-focused improvements.

The 16-week programme will deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing industrial unit and associated office spaces. Works include a full internal overhaul, the installation of energy-efficient lighting systems, and the integration of sustainable infrastructure such as a new photovoltaic (PV) system and electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities.

The project is targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, underlining a strong commitment to environmental performance and sustainable development.

“This refurbishment represents a significant step forward in delivering high-quality, future-proofed industrial space in the Solihull area,” a project spokesperson said. “We’re proud to be incorporating smart energy solutions that support our broader sustainability goals.”

Upon completion, Unit 55 will provide premium, energy-efficient accommodation suitable for a range of industrial and commercial occupiers.
