Needham Market, Suffolk – Significant progress has been achieved on the extensive refurbishment and CAT B fit-out of a prominent 18,500 sq ft commercial property in Needham Market, Suffolk.

The project, which spans two floors, is transforming the building into a modern, high-quality workspace through a comprehensive programme of upgrades and improvements.

Recent milestones include the successful installation of new solar panels, supporting the building's long-term sustainability objectives. External enhancement works have also seen the window frames and roof trim fully resprayed, giving the property a refreshed and modern appearance.

Internally, demolition works have now been completed, allowing the next phase of construction to move forward. New partitions have been erected to form meeting rooms and office spaces, while the installation of new teapoints is underway to improve staff amenities throughout the building.

Painting and decorating works are progressing across the interior, helping to bring the new workplace environment to life. At the same time, major mechanical and electrical (M&E) upgrades continue, ensuring the building will benefit from modern, efficient services and infrastructure.

Upon completion, the CAT B transformation will deliver new flooring, high-quality furniture, refreshed wall finishes, modern meeting rooms and office accommodation, roof improvements, upgraded groundworks, and enhanced building services throughout.
