Progress: Unit A & B Ripple Rd, Barking
Works at the Ripple Road development in Barking are progressing well, with significant milestones achieved across both Unit A and Unit B. The project continues to move forward on schedule, with key internal and external elements nearing completion.
Unit A – Major Milestones Achieved
Unit A has seen substantial progress, particularly in internal works. Roofing works are now fully complete, providing a critical enclosure milestone for the unit. Internal flooring has also been completed, supporting the transition to final finishes.
Fire protection systems and lighting installations are now fully installed and complete, ensuring the unit meets required safety and operational standards. Throughout December, works have continued steadily, focusing on final fit-out activities.
Upcoming works for Unit A include the completion of resin flooring and sanitary installations. External finishing elements, including Armco barriers and palisade fencing, are also scheduled to be completed, marking the final stages of the unit’s delivery.
Unit B – Works Advancing Well
Progress on Unit B is also moving forward positively. Lighting installations have been completed, and cladding has been thoroughly cleaned, enhancing the unit’s external appearance.
Flooring works are currently ongoing and progressing as planned. In parallel, external works have now commenced, signalling the next phase of development for Unit B.
Looking Ahead
With Unit A nearing completion and Unit B advancing through key stages, the Ripple Road project is demonstrating strong momentum. The focus in the coming weeks will be on completing remaining finishes, external works, and final quality checks to ensure both units are delivered to a high standard.
