New Office Refurbishment Project Commences at Moor House, Brighton

A new refurbishment project is now underway at MooreHouse, Brighton, marking a significant upgrade to the building’s office accommodation.

The works comprise the design and delivery of a Cat A+ refurbishment to Suite B on the 1st Floor, along with the entire 2nd Floor office space. Spanning over 10,000 sq ft, the project will transform the existing workspace into a modern, high-quality office environment.

The scope of works includes selective strip-out, the installation of new finishes and general decorations, and high-level mechanical and electrical (M&E) upgrades. Provision has also been made for new furniture, ensuring the space is fully equipped to meet contemporary workplace standards.

The project is being delivered in collaboration with TMD, bringing together expertise in design, refurbishment, and delivery to ensure a seamless transformation.

Once complete, the upgraded office spaces at Moor House will offer a refreshed, efficient, and adaptable working environment in the heart of Brighton.
