We are pleased to announce the successful completion of an extensive refurbishment project at Unit 12, I.O. Centre, Waltham Cross, a 9,370 sq. ft. industrial unit located in a prime logistics hub. Delivered on behalf of Orchard Street Investment Management, this project has transformed the unit, significantly enhancing both its functionality and visual appeal.
This development forms part of our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, sustainable, and future-proofed spaces that meet the evolving needs of modern occupiers. With the works now finalised, Unit 12 offers a revitalised space designed to support a range of commercial uses, with energy efficiency and aesthetics at its core.
Scope of Works Delivered
The refurbishment included a comprehensive package of improvements, each contributing to a more modern, efficient, and desirable unit:

A new solar photovoltaic system has been installed, improving the unit’s energy efficiency and supporting sustainability targets. This upgrade reduces ongoing energy costs and reinforces environmental performance.
