The scope of the project includes a comprehensive upgrade of the existing facility, beginning with the safe strip and removal of asbestos from the roof, ensuring the building meets modern health and safety standards. Following this, contractors will undertake extensive slab works to reinforce the structural integrity of the unit.

External improvements form another key element of the scheme, with new tarmac and groundworks scheduled to enhance accessibility and create a more durable and efficient external environment.

Inside the building, plans include a full Category A office fit-out, providing high-quality, ready-to-occupy workspace designed to attract future tenants seeking modern facilities.
